Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Returning any items that were purchased in a bundled package will cancel the bundled discount. All items in the bundle will go back to their original prices, and the remaining cost of the unreturned items will be subtracted from the refund. 

Virtual Courses may be canceled at anytime, but there are no refunds given if the course is not canceled 30 days before the 1st day of class. And no refunds will be given if the student has started a self study online class provided in a virtual course package before the virtual class begins.  All course materials and books must be returned to the sender. There is a course cancellations fee of $150 fee per course. Online materials and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Online self-study courses may be canceled within three days after the date of purchase, provided that all course materials and books are returned unopened and in good condition to the sender. The student can not be refunded if the student login to the course. There is a course cancellation fee of $150 cancellation fee per course. Online materials and shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for any course that has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed. No refunds will be issued on course extensions. Online self-study Learning courses are for individual use only and are nontransferable. 

Refunds will not be issued for Memberships, registration fees, and exams.

Books are returnable providing they are not part of a course package and are not open. Meaning the plastic covering needs to still be in place.  No returns will be accepted if any books have been opened or customized by the purchaser in any manner. We do not accept returns for orders over 30 days old. Returns made after 10 days of receiving will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
